Processing Time:
All orders are verified, processed, and packed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Times:
- United States, United Kingdom & Europe: 7 to 12 business days
- Rest of the World: 8 to 15 business days

Order Tracking:
Once your package ships, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing a live tracking number to track your shipment in real time.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:
PawNest is not responsible for any international customs duties, clearance fees, or taxes applied to your package upon entry into your destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
